Only residents living in Wayland who are open burning on a residential property can obtain a burn permit. Permits are conditional and may be revoked at any time by the Fire Chief or his designee.
You may register online using this website. If you don't have access to a computer, then you will need to come down to the Public Safety building located at 38 Cochituate Road and apply in person with the Joint Communication Center staff (Dispatch) during normal business hours.
